What is coaching?
The International Coaching Federation (ICF) defines coaching as “a partnership with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.”
Okay… but more concretely?
Coaching is a personalized process that helps you step back, clarify what truly matters to you, and find solutions that fit you and the stage of life you’re going through.
It’s a space to think differently, break free from repetitive patterns, and move forward with more awareness and confidence.
In my relationship coaching, we talk about communication, needs, desires, and projects — without judgment, and always with the intention of building something that feels right for you… and for your relationship.
Why work with me?
Because love isn’t always enough.
Because you can be smart, sensitive, committed to your relationship… and still feel stuck, exhausted, or unsure how to approach certain topics with your partner.
Working with a relationship and communication coach means not waiting until things fall apart to take care of what connects you to your partner. It’s choosing — consciously — to take care of yourself, your partner, your relationship, and each of you within it.
Relationship coaching can help you if you:
-
struggle to understand each other or to communicate without clashing,
-
notice the same tension-filled topics keep coming back,
-
are going through a transition (moving in together, marriage, a baby, etc.),
- want to lay strong foundations for your couple,
-
or simply want to strengthen your bond, clarify your needs, and nurture your relationship.
💛 Choosing to act for your couple is an act of love.
And working with me means working with someone deeply attentive, committed to continuously learning about relationships and everything surrounding them. Out of passion, and above all, to keep supporting you better and better.
Who is my coaching for?
My coaching is for people who are in a relationship — whether you come alone or together.
💛 And if you’re not currently in a couple but want to prepare yourself to build a healthy, conscious, balanced relationship, some programs may also be a great fit — especially "It Starts With Me".
Can I come alone if my partner doesn’t want to?
Absolutely! My programs are designed to adapt to you and your reality.
The "It Starts With Me" program is specifically designed for this situation.
And if your partner eventually wants to join along the way?
We can absolutely adjust the process to welcome them — if that’s something you both want ☺️
Concretely, how does a coaching session work?
Each coaching session follows a structure that helps move toward a clear goal, while staying flexible and adaptable.
-
We begin by defining a session goal: a pressing issue, a question, a desire to try something different, a recent event…
-
Then comes an exploration phase, where we use various tools, exercises, and questions to open up new perspectives.
-
At the end of the session, we anchor the key learnings and identify the next small steps you want to implement.
Each session is unique, but always focused on what becomes possible for you.
How long does it take to see results?
Coaching programs typically last 3 to 4 months. It’s short enough to keep focus… and long enough to initiate real transformation.
From the very first sessions, you may already:
-
Gain more clarity about what you’re experiencing,
-
Feel calmer and more grounded,
-
Try out new ways of relating or communicating,
-
Notice a difference in your exchanges, your posture, and your daily life
In just a few months, you leave with more clarity, concrete tools, and lasting resources for your couple… and for all your relationships.
Does couples coaching really work?
Yes! As long as you’re willing to show up and commit 😊
Think of it like athletic coaching: the coach can’t make the effort for you.
If you show up unmotivated, never practice on your own, and eat burgers at every meal, you won’t see much progress… and that’s normal.
However, if you come curious, open, engaged, and consistent, the effects appear quickly. Your “muscles” get stronger, more toned. The changes may seem subtle, but they’re deep, because they respect you, your body, and your rhythm. A close friend who sees you every day might not notice right away — but you will feel the difference.
That’s exactly how relationship coaching works.
If you commit, change will happen. And most importantly: it will last. Because my approach isn’t based on quick fixes, but on deep work carried out over enough time to allow real transformation— in your patterns, your neural connections, and your couple dynamic . Always with respect for you, your relationship, and your pace.
What is Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)?
Neuro-Linguistic Programming is an approach that uses language, perceptions, and thought patterns to facilitate change.
NLP helps you tap into your inner resources, overcome limiting beliefs, and develop new behaviors that better align with your goals.
💡 In coaching, it’s especially helpful for clarifying what you really want, understanding your reactions better, and moving forward concretely toward what matters most to you.
How long is a session?
-
Individual sessions last 45 minutes.
-
Couples sessions last 75 minutes.
This gives enough time to explore, share, and make progress, while still respecting your schedule.
How much does coaching cost?
Coaching rates vary depending on several factors: number of sessions, duration, format (individual or couple), the coach’s training, experience, and location.
👉🏽 the average price for individual coaching is usually between $100 to $200 per session, with durations ranging from 30 to 90 minutes.
Most coaches — myself included — offer complete coaching packages rather than single-session pricing, in order to provide a structured and consistent framework.
✨ My rates are below the average, while guaranteeing you:
-
An ethical, serious, and structured approach,
-
Practical tools tailored to your situation,
-
Ongoing supervision and continuous training,
-
And above all, a deeply human approach.
What’s the difference between a coach and a psychologist?
The posture is different… and complementary.
🧠 A psychologist helps you explore your past, understand your wounds, patterns, and emotions, in order to live the present more fully. They often focus on the “why” of what you feel or repeat.
🎯 A coach, on the other hand, works with you starting from the present, moving toward the future you want. We focus on the “how”: how to move forward, how to create concrete and lasting change. The emphasis isn’t on what’s not working, but on exploring possible solutions. Unlike psychotherapy, coaching has a defined duration and targeted objectives agreed upon together.
💡 Both approaches can complement each other beautifully, depending on your needs at the moment.
Can sessions be done online?
Yes, absolutely!
I offer sessions online, by phone, or in person — depending on what works best for you and your schedule. Because taking care of yourself and your relationship should always be easy to fit into your life.
Would you like to talk it through together?
Let’s schedule a session — it’ll also be a great way to get to know each other ☺️
