What is coaching?

The International Coaching Federation (ICF) defines coaching as “a partnership with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.”

Okay… but more concretely?
Coaching is a personalized process that helps you step back, clarify what truly matters to you, and find solutions that fit you and the stage of life you’re going through.

It’s a space to think differently, break free from repetitive patterns, and move forward with more awareness and confidence.

In my coaching, we focus on communication, posture, boundaries, needs, and relational dynamics — without judgment, and always with the goal of building clearer, more constructive exchanges for you and the people around you.

Why work with me?

Because good communication doesn’t just happen.
Because you can be attentive, committed, thoughtful in your relationships… and still feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to approach certain conversations with the people around you — whether in your personal life or at work.

Working with a communication and relationship coach means not waiting until misunderstandings, tensions, or frustrations pile up and start weighing on you and on those around you.
It’s a choosing to work on your communication skills so your day-to-day interactions feel smoother and more enjoyable.

Coaching can support you if you:

  • struggle to be understood or to communicate without friction,
  • notice that certain sensitive topics or tensions keep coming back,
  • are going through a period of transition or change (a new role, a move, parenthood, complex work relationships…),
  • find it hard to say things clearly or to set boundaries,
  • want to get more comfortable with speaking in front of others.

💛 Working on your communication and relationships also means taking responsibility for the quality of your day-to-day interactions.

Working with me also means working with someone who listens deeply and is committed to continuously learning about communication, relational dynamics, and everything that surrounds them — out of passion, and above all, to support you as effectively as possible.

Who is my coaching for?

My coaching services are for individuals and teams who want to improve their communication and their relationships, whether in their personal or professional lives.

💛 Whether it’s communication with your partner, a sibling, a colleague, or your team, it is possible to learn how to better understand one another — and how to speak to each other more clearly.

Can I start coaching on my own if others involved don’t want to participate?

Absolutely! My coaching is designed to adapt to you and your situation.
Individual coaching is specifically meant to help you work on your communication and relational posture, even if others involved (a partner, colleagues, a parent, family members…) are not ready for that step.

And if some people decide to join later on?
The coaching path can be adjusted to include them — if that’s a shared intention ☺️

Concretely, how does a coaching session work?

Each coaching session follows a clear structure that helps you move toward a specific goal, while remaining flexible and adapted to your needs.

  • We begin by defining the focus of the session: a situation that’s top of mind, a recent event, a question, or a desire to approach things differently.
  • We then move into an exploration phase, using various tools, exercises, and questions to open new perspectives and better understand what’s at play in your communication and relationships.
  • At the end of the session, we anchor the key takeaways and outline the next small, concrete steps you want to put into practice.

Every session is different, but always oriented toward what becomes possible for you — in your relationships and in your communication.

How long does it take to see results?

Coaching programs most often last between 3 and 6 months. It’s a format that’s short enough to stay focused… and long enough to initiate real, meaningful change.

From the very first sessions, you may already:

  • gain clarity around your communication style and interactions,
  • identify your communication patterns,
  • feel more at ease in conversations, even around sensitive topics,
  • experiment with new ways of communicating,
  • notice a shift in your posture and everyday interactions.

Within a few months, you leave with greater clarity, practical tools, and durable takeaways. These learnings help you improve your communication and your posture — in both your personal and professional relationships.

Does communication coaching really work?

Yes! As long as you’re willing to be involved 😊

It’s much like athletic coaching: a coach can’t do the work for you.
If you show up without motivation, never practice between sessions, and keep the same habits in place, results will be limited — and that’s completely normal.

But if you come curious, open, engaged, and consistent, changes tend to show up quickly. Your muscles strengthen and become more flexible. Change may feel subtle at first, but they run deep because they respect who you are, your reality, and your daily life. A colleague or loved one might not notice right away — but you will feel it, and see it.

That’s exactly what communication and relationship coaching is about.

If you’re involved in the process, changes in posture will happen — and most importantly, they’ll last.
Because my work isn’t based on quick fixes or ready-made formulas, but on deeper work carried out over enough time to transform your communication habits, relational patterns, and posture — in a way that’s sustainable and respectful of who you are.

What is Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)?

Neuro-Linguistic Programming is an approach that uses language, perceptions, and thought patterns to facilitate change.
NLP helps you tap into your inner resources, overcome limiting beliefs, and develop new behaviors that better align with your goals.

💡 In coaching, it’s especially helpful for clarifying what you really want, understanding your reactions better, and moving forward concretely toward what matters most to you.

How long is a session?

  • Individual sessions last 45 minutes.

  • Couples sessions last 75 minutes.

This gives enough time to explore, share, and make progress, while still respecting your schedule.

How much does coaching cost?

To give you a benchmark:
👉🏽 the average price of individual coaching for private clients typically ranges from $60 to $450 USD per session, for sessions lasting between 30 minutes and 1.5 hours.

On my end, prices are clearly listed for each coaching program I offer. They reflect complete coaching engagements, designed to provide a coherent, structured, and genuinely useful framework over time — rather than a simple per-session fee.

My fees include in particular:

  • an ethical, rigorous, and well-structured coaching framework, aligned with ICF standards (my ACC accreditation is both a reference point and the guarantee),

  • practical tools tailored to your situation and your specific challenges,

  • an ongoing commitment to supervision and continuous professional development, to support you with accuracy and professionalism,

  • and a deeply human approach, attentive to your pace, your context, and your reality.

What’s the difference between a coach and a psychologist?

The posture is different… and complementary.

🧠 A psychologist helps you explore your past, understand your wounds, patterns, and emotions, in order to live the present more fully. They often focus on the “why” of what you feel or repeat.

🎯 A coach, on the other hand, works with you starting from the present, moving toward the future you want. We focus on the “how”: how to move forward, how to create concrete and lasting change. The emphasis isn’t on what’s not working, but on exploring possible solutions. Unlike psychotherapy, coaching has a defined duration and targeted objectives agreed upon together.

💡 Both approaches can complement each other beautifully, depending on your needs at the moment.

Can sessions be done online?

Yes, absolutely!
I offer sessions online, by phone, or in person — depending on what works best for you and what fits most naturally into your schedule. Because taking care of yourself, your communication, and your relationships should always fit easily into your life.

Would you like to talk it through together?
